1. About the Application

RM Interpretation System is designed to provide conference attendees with access to live interpretation audio during conferences, meetings, and events organized or supported by RM Events.

During a live session, conference speakers present in the event venue, while professional interpreters provide simultaneous interpretation. The interpreted audio is streamed to the application in multiple available languages.

Users can select one of the available language channels and listen to the corresponding live interpretation directly through their mobile device.

2. Personal Information

RM Interpretation System does not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide personal information in order to listen to the available interpretation channels.

We do not intentionally collect personal information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Postal address
• Contacts
• Photos or videos
• Precise location
• Payment information

3. Live Interpretation Audio

The application allows users to listen to live interpretation audio streams provided during conference sessions.

Users may choose between the available language channels in the application and listen to the live interpreted audio for the selected language.

The application does not automatically translate the conference audio on the user's device. Interpretation is provided by conference interpreters and delivered to users through live audio streams.

RM Interpretation System does not record the user's voice or require access to the user's microphone for its normal listening functionality.

4. Internet Connection

An active internet connection is required to receive and listen to live interpretation audio streams through the application.

Your mobile network provider or internet service provider may process technical information necessary to provide internet connectivity according to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Device Permissions

RM Interpretation System is designed to request only permissions necessary for its core functionality.

The application does not require access to your camera, contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone for its standard live interpretation listening service.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party hosting, audio streaming, infrastructure, network, or technology services to deliver live interpretation audio and application functionality.

These third-party providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses, device information, connection information, or network information where necessary to operate and deliver their services.

Any information processed by third-party service providers is subject to their respective privacy policies and applicable laws.

7. Data Sharing

RM Events does not sell users' personal information.

We do not intentionally share users' personal information for advertising or marketing purposes through RM Interpretation System.

8. Data Retention

Because the application does not require users to create an account or submit personal information, RM Events does not maintain individual user profiles through the application.

Limited technical information processed by third-party service providers may be retained according to their operational, security, and legal requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

RM Interpretation System is intended for conference attendees and professional event participants and is not specifically designed for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the application.

10. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the application and its services from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disruption.

However, no internet transmission or digital service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
